The New York Times has unveiled the end-all list of great Vegetarian dishes for this Thanksgiving! I’m not saying that at the WGUB we don’t absolutely love the taste of a deep-fried Turkey, Sliced-to-perfection-ham and the classic post-meal turkey n’ ham sandwich… but from time-to-time we do try to mix the vegetarian alternative, and these guys knock it out of the park. With dishes like “Mini-Brie and Apple Quiche”, “Gluten Free Pumpkin Dumplings” & “Chocolate-Pumpkin Bread Pudding” my tummy is already growling loud enough to freak out the guy in the next room.
